They were completely different from the listing. When I messaged them they said I could only have a refund if I sent back all four of my fabrics in my order. So I did, but trying to get a refund was like trying to draw blood from them. They ignored all my messages and in the end after two weeks I had to open a case against them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEIR COLOURS ARE INACCURATE. We reported to eBay and they will be taking action against this customers account. We were NOT found at fault and did not have to reimburse the customer. Further we have BLOCKED this customer from purchasing from our store and reported them to ACTION FRAUD.
