Then I went to test the glove and was unable to use the on/off switch as it had a guard on it. I was unable to remove that guard. I requested a replacement with what I wanted originally, they told me to make it would cost $200, I was already overpaying $85 for the glove. they also lowered the price to $39. That was the last straw. Ebay refunded due to failure to provide return label.
