As there was a time difference, im pretty sure it was late in their time zone. The seller explained to me some differences in the gem I bought. I bought an Alexandrite and it was exactly like the picture and came with authentication certificate. It was a very good price. The seller also mailed the necklace right away and I received it in 3 days with a fast courier. Really good shopping experience.
