The item I received didn't work on my DVD player but the lady that runs this site had included her e-mail address, mobile number along with a thank you note for purchasing the DVD. So I contacted her and received a reply within hours offering to replace or refund. The replacement arrived next day working perfectly. The best company I have dealt with online (Ebay-Amazon etc) If only the country/NHS was run in the same manner.
