The quality is good, and is a great value for the money. Obviously, since the unit is new, the appearance is great. Now we don't need to say "Alexa" to the TV anymore, we just use the remote to navigate all menus.

Package arrived on time and as described but when trying to use I noticed half of the remote wasn’t working. At first I thought it was the batteries but when I switched them for a brand new pair the it still wasn’t working which lead me to believe it got damaged in shipping. Finally when I contacted the seller for help, he without hesitation sent me a new replacement at no cost. Amazing! And even better, the second one shipped faster than the first! Very happy custmer
