For a product that cost $170 it was definitely not worth it mind you I did also purchase a diffuser at the same time which was also thin and cheap but the paint was correct. I contacted the seller, and was able to get a response within 24 hrs, and after they asked for pictures. They have promptly offered a replacement, which I accepted. The replacement came in the same timely fashion and I could tell they put extra padding in the package this time. The part came in perfect condition and it fit as described.
