They cannot get their act together no matter how many brand changes. After a few weeks waiting for delivery several EVRI notifications and emails to customer support I applied for a refund from E-Bay which I received. 2 months nearly later EVRI show up and leave a very battered package on my doorstep. Contacted seller who said keep the item for inconvenience. So in summary A1 for seller Z- EVRI
