I sked to return the product, they did not respond just ask for more photos. They expected me to dismantle the machine and assess it and try to fix it. Yeah right. Product turned out to be garbage, just would not switch on at all after a mere 5 hours of operation.

Both times they put in a tracking number but then there is no tracking updates for 2 months. Ended up having my order refunded as item never even got shipped. Might be a scam, hoping people will forget about the order.
