I really like the features it has and it's light weight. Great laptop for the price. It was shipped and packaged very well which is a plus considering how some items are tossed around in the delivery trucks/vehicles. It was supposed to have been an open box purchase, but it came in it's factory box and well packaged in excellent condition. It's appearance is how it was described.
