They even sent me extra photos with a written note of the date and time to show the legitimacy of the listed item. It was exactly as described with no damage or concerns. They shipped it very fast and I received it only a few days after I ordered it. It was packaged very securely, and they even added extra protection to the item’s delivery. Overall I’m very pleased. Its too bad that the packaging didn't hold up in shipping. They may want to use a box for loose hot wheels in the future. But again they were easy to deal with and gave a refund.
