Per our grading of this item, it is equivalent to the TCA rating of R-2: Fair -- A non-professional restoration. Color, texture and finish are clearly different from the original. Other items, such as non-authentic wiring are also evident. Previous owner has custom painted while restoring this item to feature the Lackawanna road name and a different road number than the original. There are still a few light paint chips present on both items. The wheels show signs of wear. When tested, locomotive ran well and tender whistles well! The instruction manuals and original boxes are not included with these items. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Restored - Fa.
