I asked for and received a partial refund, but only after the seller twice attempted to haggle for a lower, less fair refund amount, which was offensive since in fairness I deserved a FULL refund. This experience was negative, but I am leaving a neutral review to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, and because I did receive the refund I asked for.
