The parcel was squashed at one end. Completely gutted as this was a model I’d been looking for a long time. Thankfully the model itself largely escaped damage with just a wing mirror broken off. The seller was helpful and fair, giving a partial refund as I opted to keep the model and repair it. Thanks Peter. Recommended to all.
