It was the product (HDD) which let them down. A large copy to the disk would only complete by 20% to 30% on several attempts. Disk would quick format but that did not solve issue, but would not full format! HDD is with my other junk electronics at the local dump. Not worth the cost and hassle of returning, but was cheap enough as a experimental test buy.
