USPS lost the package for just about an entire week during transit and delivery. The Seller took responsibility and care of the situation even though none of it was due to any fault of theirs. I cannot speak highly enough of the way they do business and the respect they show towards their customers, even though this transaction caused them a loss. Their communication the entire time was impeccable.
