I understand that this conditioner isn’t sold anymore and I expected it to not be absolutely perfect but the item is stated as brand new so I did expect a little bit better condition and quality than what I received. Otherwise they did ship quick but it took almost 2 weeks for the item to get here - though not due to the sellers fault

I contacted the seller and they immediately gave me a refund on the item. I’m happy with the item that was good and I appreciated the quick response from the seller. The items were as described and pictured with good packaging and timely shipping. I would happily buy from this seller again.
