I also assumed that the original photo came with the frame. However, it was just a print for decorative purposes. Unfortunately this wasn’t clearly stated in the description. I had paid a lot for the postage+import fee, but it was worth it to me because of the photo. I complained to the seller. He was very friendly, responded super fast and found a good solution. Thank you for that!

The elephants are really beautiful and it came much sooner than expected. It's a gift and I know it's going to be loved. Great value especially with the additional discount which was appreciated. Same day despatch and very quick delivery with excellent tracking. Safely packaged so no damage and a lovely note from seller. Recommended seller, and I will definitely buy from the seller again.
