I paid the full shipping for each of two porcelain trays that were shipped together in one parcel, but worse, the trays were shipped in their original boxes with no additional padding. Fortunately, USPS was careful, allowing the Hermès boxes to protect the delicate porcelain. Items were as described and good value.

The item I received does not match the photos they used in the listing. They also have made it impossible to contact them now that the item has been delivered.
