Cover received is made of a cheap feeling plastic. Original inner bezel has Acer logo (top left) and Predator logo (bottom center). Received bezel only has Acer (bottom center); it also had a slight defect that prevents bezel from joining tightly to cover (see pic). It was very clean and seemed to have been unused and not a used "pull." In my Dell workstation, the NVME drive was immediately recognized and performed well. Seller had outstanding communication and proactively made sure that I had the right part for my particular Dell configuration before shipping. I've saved this seller for future Dell component purchases.

They don’t seem to get it that they miss represented what I was getting. I paid for an image they did not deliver.
