The first was replaced however when inquiring about the second purchase the seller said they would find out and get back to me the same day. After 48 hours I msgd again asking for an update, they replied another 48+ hours later stating they had left the UK!! and had just got back, they went on to put all the blame on an employee tho of course it's the employers job to train them! Do not recommend! 👎

Cancelled original order and reordered XL size . Was refunded for cancelled order promptly. Received my revised XLsize ladies padded cycle shorts on time . I was not expecting much for the miserly amount I paid but got to admit I am pleasantly surprised. Hopefully they will last a while and protect my ladies delicate area 🤣🤣. Would recommend this seller . Cancellation and revised new order plus communication fab.
