Item had $1.25 shipping for the Ebay PWE shipping option. I paid the shipping as described. Item said shipped Feb 24th but didn't receive it until the 10th of March. I also had to pay another $4.50 at the Post Office bc seller incorrectly packaged the item so the USPO changed it from an envelope to a package. I wanted the card so i paid the postage. Asked buyer to refund me on the postage for his mistake.
