Even though one of the delivered books was a different volume than the one ordered, the seller was prompt to come up with a satisfying solution. I was actually credited BACK part of the shipping savings. Books were exactly as described and with new Brodart dust jacket covers. Mint condition. Books were packaged with care and were well protected. Shipping time was expeditious and the seller’s communication with me was above and beyond. First, when they went out of town, they notified me delivery would be held up for a few days, so I wasn't left hanging why hasn't it shipped. The second when it was discovered the book was unavailable, they refunded my money in a timely fashion. I appreciate that kind of customer service.
