As soon as I paid, I received an email with instructions on how to get my radio to them. They also followed up with a phone call to make sure I received the instructions. Within a couple of days of them receiving my radio, it was sent back to me fully functional. I now have music in my truck again. Thank you for the great service. You guys are awesome.

I left the screws in the side after removing the brackets. Thinking they wouldn't need to remove them to get to the circuit board. Yet they were not included when I received the radio back. Otherwise, so far everything looks GREAT!
