Shipped out a card that was damaged from inception from the way it was inside the pack. Blamed USPS and had overwhelmingly rudes added comments regarding the lack of proper description for items they sell. Paid $9 for a worthless item. I messaged seller upon return from Dallas Card Show. My original inquiry came several days prior to my issue message. No reply to first message at all. We responded 10 hours later on day off.The card was pristine when it left our hands.Told them to return the card for a refund and that their rude and accusatory email was ridiculous. We get about 1-2 people like this a year that can't understand that the PO is responsible for damage.We do not ship damaged cards
