A pretty common complaint with this rod maker, and in particular this exact model. Not sure how many of these sold for at cost, $35.99, but I snagged one. Lucky for me, mine (rollers) were only SLIGHTLY off, but I've heard the horror stories, so I got off easy with mine. Trolled it with a Penn 12/0, and they liked each other. 364# Bluefin couldn't damage the rig. Hopefully we'll see what a Monster Marlin can do to my Marlin Mangler. Buy one!
