I was contacted immediately and was told that this wouldn't be a problem. The lampshade was made, packed posted and delivered on 15th Feb. The quality is excellent and I couldn't be more pleased. She was patient while I hummed & harrred over which size shade to fit my beast of a lamp base. Once decided, she set up the ‘special order’, I paid, she ordered the fabric & the lamp shade arrived perfectly packaged 2 days before the estimated delivery date!! Absolutely perfect transaction!! The shade is everything I wanted & more.
