    I received the item as described,but unfortunately the packaging had creases on one side of the box,being an inbox collector this was upsetting, I contacted the company requested a partial refund because the box wasn't in mint condition, they were very receptive and gave a partial refund as requested, reputable business!     This product was great, brand new, arrived exactly how it was supposed to.
