This seller’s customer service assists with everything until resolution. I ordered this in replacement of my previous, which was a special gift and no longer manufactured. My address was first incorrect, the seller sent it back out corrected and due to longterm shipment the lithium battery became swollen which is uncontrollable and likely occurred due to extended shipment. The seller immediately sent a replacement. 100 stars!!!!!!!!!!!
