I used this watch to do regular house work and some light autowork with comfort and stability. I've soaked my hands deep in water while wearing it and it held up like a champ! Russian built like a tank.

The stem is a little fragile feeling, but it seems intrinsic to the design and not an issue just with this watch. It made setting the date tricky, as it felt like you might break the stem.
