They were also very kind and always returned messages and answered any questions on what they're selling. The item I received looks brand new and for a really good price. The figure looks amazing and in pristine condition. The perfect packaging they sent out came bubble wrapped so no further damage can harm the product you receive. They also sent me an origami that came with the product!!
