Robust and simple to use the lance is perfect for watering at ground level. As a hanging basket watering lance it is too short. I’m happy with it because I already have another watering lance that I utilise for hanging baskets. Well packaged and ready to use on arrival.

This went back and forth for the next 4 weeks with no satisfactory outcome so I terminated direct contact with the seller and got a refund through Ebay.
