If the seller could clarify that 20 lbs orders are shipped in two 10 lbs boxes that would have been not confusing. I conclude the two identical boxes got separated along the way

They still got up and denied the cancel and mailed it. The description are not right and regardless of the reviews, this place is a scam. It cost about 10 cents per review through booster company's. You could have 98% seller rating with 3,000 "transactions" for about $300. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.
