My old S7 was nicer in many respects. Maybe I can figure out how to change the display to be better. For example when several apps are open there is a clear all but I have figured out how to clear just one. Also the apps are side by side instead of on top of each other with just the top bar visible.

I got in touch with the seller and they provided shipping for me to return the phone and promptly sent a replacement. There was great communication and customer service throughout the process.
