Just used the crank puller 4 times, worked a treat. I suggest oiling up first. No deformation to hexagonal sides, just a bit of lifted paint on the edges, nothing to worry about. One bad point..... it had to be despatched twice. First time it was lost in transit. I was really impressed with the way it was handled after they'd been informed. Immediate email dialogue and prompt second delivery.

Sometimes there can be issues which, rather than getting upset just communicate, and be polite. Postage was on time, value for money when considering my bike is 60+ years old. Price and delivery were good What I didn’t expect was the overkill packaging. The tube was removed from its box and placed in a much larger box along with the tube and posted. What a waste !! It must cost you a fortune in packaging .
