We did have a little glitch in which I was shipped out an order that had been sent without my custom printing. as soon as I noticed this, I went to contact them, but they had already left me a message acknowledging they believe they sent out the wrong package and if i could confirm. when I confirmed, everything was corrected fast.this is a company I will always do business with.

(The factory carton is pretty flimsy.) These boxes are an excellent value, if only of modest quality, but I use them to ship small items in bubble mailers, so they're great.
