    Honest Seller. And Great Communicator! Bought this item after contacting seller about the materials the item was made of. The Item Description indicated that the materials were as I was wanting and the Seller confirmed. So I purchased the item through Buy Now. In preparing the item before shipment, the seller discovered the the Item Description was accidently in error, and the item was not made of the material I wanted. Seller Refunded my purchase immediately and apologized. 5 Star Ebay Seller

    Bought these pots and pans with an open box and brand new no refund. The photo didn’t indicate any damage and when I unpacked it, the pan in the middle of the box was dented. It could not have happened from the outside, and the box was pristine. The seller had to know it was damaged and did not mention it he did give me a $10 refund. I want a full refund or a replacement set.. in 30 years I’ve never had a problem with eBay very disappointed

    Hi, you understand what you just did is a manipulation tactics, right? You purchased a 12-pcs item for $143.99 with free shipping of $32.19. You reach out to me that one of the item out of 12 is damaged and I offer a 10 refund which you accepted. Now you asking for a full refund. I never disagreed with you on the condition of the pan you received. If you wanted a full refund you should have lead with requesting a return of the pans but rather you want to keep them.     The item I ordered came in a different condition than described but the seller was quick to respond and work things out. I would buy from them again.
