This arrived in original packaging new in box. It does what it says and will likely work well. Recommend considering alternate methods of securing bungee and sizing depending on your use case. Currently I have the entire bungee running through all loops, this is so I can try different sizes of loop to secure to forearm or hand just to get the sizing down a bit better.

I've never had a direct email from another seller on ebay, so the email from GPS City caught me a little off-guard, but they were very positive and provided so much information that I might need. The shipping was extremely fast, I got the package withing 1-2 days of when I ordered it, with no extra shipping cost!

Great quality and despite being refurbished, it looks brand new!
