This arrived in original packaging new in box. It does what it says and will likely work well. Recommend considering alternate methods of securing bungee and sizing depending on your use case. Currently I have the entire bungee running through all loops, this is so I can try different sizes of loop to secure to forearm or hand just to get the sizing down a bit better.

It came in a box that is clearly marked refurbished . It was shipped a couple of days after I ordered it via USPS and arrived before the estimate estimated delivery date .
