Secondly, she does not honour the discounts she states in her listings for multiple purchases. I bought 4 cards, 3 of them were the same card but she refused to give the discount. Eventually she patronisingly gave 50p "goodwill"! Thirdly, she was argumentative and necessarily unpleasant. You purchased three cards across two days so eBay didn't pick up the discount. We explained that you had to purchase three at the same time and when customer didn't like this answer which was the truth, she turned extremely nasty. A goodwill gesture of 50p was given which was more than the discount that would have been given but this still wasn't good enough and customer leaves this feedback. God bless you!

Communication was excellent &and I had my special card very quickly. I would like to thank all of you for you assistance. The person it was for thought it was beautiful I am very pleased with my purchase as it was just as described. Easy to order, Super quick delivery and very reasonable price The packing was fine and the condition was good the Quality and appearance excellent.I would recommend this seller
