It was rolled up and stuffed into a plastic bag and I wasn’t sure if would stretch out to the desired shape. I really wanted this item to work out but unfortunately it didn’t. I don’t think my dog was overly rough with the bed and the material seemed to have been acceptable so maybe this was an isolated incident.
