    The encyclopedia of art arrived in excellent condition, I want to thank you for how you packed the set of books which made it easier to handle. The encyclopedia is exactly as described and I believe was very fairly priced. The books arrived over a four day period but in the end I think it was the best way to ship them. I want to thank you, it is a great encyclopedia and I can only wonder why librarians would ever remove these books from their collections. Thank you so much, Howard
