~ Lisa discovered the piano hidden in her folk's garage at the age the four. Her love of the instrument has led her on a wondrous journey through life. One of Lisa's fondest early memories is sharing a piano with fellow actor Jack Lemmon during the 1965 filming of the movie "The Fortune Cookie." (Lisa played the little girl on the skate board in an early hospital scene) Although her life has taken many detours, from child actress to mother of six children, the piano has always remained Lisa's emotional and creative outlet. With a lifetime of compositions to draw upon, in 2009, the first collection of Lisa's original music was released. "Lisa Linsky: Sanctuary" met with critical and popular acclaim, and was honored with a 2009 Parents' Choice Award for it's engaging and calming effect on young people. The beautiful music that comes from Lisa's heart sounds much different to her than it does to everyone else. Lisa Linsky suffers from otosclerosis, the condition that is believed to have caused Beethoven to lose his hearing.
