Packaging was adequate with individual components wrapped separately in thick paper. I would have liked to have seen more space filling paper or foam filling the box. The item was as described and incorporated into my mesh system easily. Value would have to be rated as excellent. It would've been greater if taxes were not charged on the shipping as well as the costs of the item. That is an eBay Policy and is in no way held against the seller.

I don't know why, the seller didn't respond to my question. The worst thing is that everything, car, box, packaging material stink terribly of gasoline/oil. Even a week later, the stench is so terrible that this small object smells of gasoline / oil for an entire apartment. Same with packaging material stored in the garage. No answer to that either. Ebay Delivery also slow and disappointing. Can't recommend seller and Ebay
