Customer service is unprofessional argumentative and do not seem to be concerned about resolving customer issues. Been selling same kit since 97' when it was first available. And business partner use to own a BMW 5Series. He doesnt understand this kit uses the metal cage to install then it snaps into the facia. He wanted Side Brackets which this item 203734489671 doesnt come with, never came with and does not need. I told buyer to return it, I told buyer how to correctly install it, nothing argumentative just factual stuff, just didnt like what he was hearing.
