We did find the directions somewhat difficult to follow. It took us a few tries but i think we finally have it assembled correctly!

Unfortunately, one of the racks was broken in transit. I immediately contacted seller and provided pictures of the broken item. They responded immediately and are sending a replacement of the item that was broken. I am awaiting the item (expect it in the same time frame as orginal delivery). Couldn't be happier with the response time and plan to resolve the issue! Would def buy again!
