The only concern I had when I received the package was a sizable hole was torn on the side of the box near the bottom. The shipping foam that supported the condenser was intact, and there was no visible product damage. The product quality looks to be good, with the same fitment as the original unit it replaced.

As it happens, less than 300 miles later, a small rock went through our new radiator. I sent them an email and they told me how to file for a new one under warranty (very simple process). The new radiator was shipped Wednesday and arrived @ noon Friday, at no expense to me!
