Of the 16 screws 12 were able to securely lock with the standard screws, the rest require M2 7mm. Don’t use the 8mm that come as spares or you will mess up a motor. Just like any other landing skids apply a bit of pressure to compress the TPU a bit, once it bites you will be able to get 3.5-4 turns in just fine. We don't include longer screws purposely, if someone over-tightens the screws they could ground out on the windings. Maybe this person is new to FPV, not sure, just got to apply some pressure.

Its flexable so it squeezes on but could be re-sized to fit better.
