    this seller went above and beyond!!! my original item arrived very damaged through no fault of the seller but actually due to courier not handling item with care, seller immediately resent another one and packaged it so that angry stampeding elephants couldnt cause damage even if they wanted to, it has arrived pristine and perfect, and Im over the moon as its a a gift for a wee one at end of the month, perfect experience and many thanks to the seller for all her care and help A++++++++++++++

    I recently ordered from the store. Upon arrival, I was surprised to discover that the import tax charged at customs tax amounted to nearly 50 percent of the product’s price—an unexpected expense that I had no opportunity to prepare for. To add to my frustration, the package arrived completely soaked, compromising the integrity of both the packaging and the product inside. This level of service falls short of my expectations and does not reflect the quality you advertise.
