I contacted the seller and he helped me for hours with tech support on the phone diagnosing my problem. After testing all other possible issues we came to the conclusion it was a bad board. With 0 hesitation he sent me another board free of charge and no shipping fee and now my furnace is up and running. Do not hesitate to purchase this product from this company. I couldn’t be happier.

This vendor offered spontaneous excellent advice on my furnace issue, very helpful in getting my system up and running. Local shop advised me that the issue was the furnace control board, I think mainly trying to get me to commit to a new $20,000 system. Trusted HVAC Supply described the failure symptoms my system was having and gave me advice that helped me fix the system. The issue was the flame sensor, a $9 part. Thanks, Trusted HVAC Supply
