Box containing item was smashed on corners from delivery job. Part doesn't look cracked. Won't know till is actually installed. Product worth every penny. Had snafu in getting product working. Called Dell and they are not selling Printers anymore, no customer service. Reached out to Seller just in case if they new how to resolve my issue. Amazingly enough Adam Jones (Seller) has excellent technical knowledge and walked me through every step. Recommend product and seller. You will be in good hands.
