In the end, they made things right and ensured my concerns were addressed. While I can't give the product 5 stars due to the OEM issues, I give the seller a full 5 stars for their service and willingness to resolve the situation. Buy with confidence—my issue is being taken care of!

They shipped a heavy part that was not properly packaged and boxed, so was damaged in shipment. After contacting them, they backed off their initial refund statement of a full refund; and now want the customer to pay 50% for something that cannot be used. Paid over a $100, and they used a thin small box made for a 5lb part, and stuffed a 20lb part in there and shipped it across the world, and the packaging didn't survive --- it bounced around.
